  • Castings are produced with advanced (for Russia) techniques based on the principle of using cold-hardening mixtures. Moulds are automatically formed with advanced equipment from Gemco, Netherlands. Production processes are monitored, measured and adjusted using modern instruments like an ARL - 3460 quantometer from Switzerland, ТЦП - 1800П thermal gauge, KWG-10 electronic crane scales, and others.
    Modern manufacturing techniques and equipment enable the production of complex shaped items of stable dimensions with a regulated microstructure and the required elasticity, ruggedness, gas-tightness.
  • Accuracy class: 9;
  • Casting surface roughness: RZ 500 - RZ 200;
  • Machining allowance: 3 - 5 mm.
  • Castings may also be produced differing in size, weight and metal grades from the above products, with minimal new product launching periods.
    Castings may subsequently undergo machining and heat treatment, welding and painting.

    KRANEKS GROUP'S welding operations comprise every kind of welding.
    Welding is performed using materials from Esab, Sweden, the world's leader in the field of welding, and gun welders from Kemppi, Finland, in argon and carbon dioxide shielding gas environments.

    Kemppi
    Principal merits of KRANEKS GROUP'S welding operations:
  • Consistently high product quality
  • High weld durability
  • High efficiency
  • Welding with smooth weld transition to the principal metal
  • Our employees' auxiliary equipment, experience and qualifications permit welding of any complexity.
  • Welds of crucial metal structures are subjected to ultrasonic testing in a high-level certified ultrasonic laboratory, which precludes internal defects.
  • Positioners of 7-ton capacity from Esab, Sweden are used in the welding of heavy, bulky metal structures.
    Esab
    The company has mastered the technique of welding Hardox and Weldox high-tensile and wear-resistant steel from Sweden, with preheating of the area adjacent to the weld and the use of special welding materials from Esab.
    Machine welding of fixed joints serving high pressure piping (pressure above 300 atmospheres, external diameter 17-90 mm, wall thickness1-6 mm) is possible, using computerised Esab apparatus.

    Ordering products

    KRANEKS GROUP'S die forging operations produce forgings and pressings from all steel grades and of various configurations intended for hot working.
    Forgings:
  • Weight up to 500 kg;
  • Diameter up to 700 mm;
  • Type: rectangles, bars, cylinders, rings, reeling rings, gears, shafts, plates etc.
  • Pressings:
  • Weight up to 50 kg;
  • Diameter up to 400 mm;
  • Type: semispherical, flat, rectangular, round etc.
  • The installed equipment is characterised by high output, enabling forgings and pressings to be produced with a high degree of accuracy, most closely approximating to the finished products in shape and size. Blanks are produced using 1600 - 4000 ton-force crank forging presses from Sumitomo or Kuritomo, Japan, and 0.25, 0.4, 0.75, 1 or 3 ton hammers. The company has its own tooling section for producing dies, enabling equipment to be rapidly adjusted for customised production.
    High quality forgings and castings are ensured by strict observance of production process requirements and control of manufacturing specifications. All finished products are subjected to various non-destructive tests according to standards agreed with the customer.
    Forgings and pressings may be made in sizes differing from the above, following technical clarification by our die forging staff.

    KRANEKS GROUP'S woodworking shop manufactures Prestige windows from natural wood.
    Production
    Prestige windows are made from a variety of select timber (pine, oak, larch and others), using German technology.
    New technology and equipment from leading European manufacturers (Fischer, Polzer, Michael Weining, Altendorf, KREMLIN), stringent quality control at every stage of production have made it possible to eliminate the shortcomings previously inherent in wooden windows. For this reason wooden windows possess a whole range of indisputable advantages lacking in windows made from other materials, namely, ideal heat and sound insulation, a high degree of environmental friendliness and frost resistance, unique aesthetic properties.
    Brief description of Prestige windows
  • Service properties: Resistance to heat transfer: 0.59 m2 oS/W, sound insulation: 34 dB.
  • Window frame: Made from triple wood laminate characterised by a higher degree of durability and longer service life than single wood of the same section, which enhances the reliability of window structures. Casing and sash thickness is 78 mm, which is optimal for Russian climatic conditions. The wood laminate (maximum humidity 8-10%) is produced with the help of water-resistant single-component class ДЗ glue supplied by Turmer or Klebert, Germany, to prevent window deformation throughout the entire service period. The lower jointing is protected by an aluminium drainage section.
  • Glazing: An absolutely tight two chamber glass pack, 42 (4-14-4-16-4) mm thick is installed, providing enhanced heat and sound insulation.
  • Sealing: Two weather strip profiles supplied by Deventer or Schlegel, Germany, are used. The weather strip is made from elastic materials long retaining their physical and mechanical properties, and adjоins only wooden surfaces. All the weather strip's components are easily replaceable.
  • Hinging: The windows feature hinging from Roto, Germany, ensuring a high degree of reliability and safety. The hinging is distinguished by modern design, high quality and reliability, with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty, assuming the widows are opened up to 8 times daily.
  • Paintwork: Provided by Zowosan painting systems from the German firm Zobel. The natural base paints are environmentally friendly, fire-safe, highly adhesive (do not peel off) and resistant to external influences. They enable the wood structure to be preserved, provide reliable window protection and make maintenance easy and agreeable.
  • Variety of colour and form
    Our employees' expertise and technology permit the manufacture of windows of various configurations and any degree of complexity. The broad colour spectrum, variety of window size and shape can emphasise the individual character of any type of building and satisfy the demands of the most exacting customers.
    Additional possibilities:
  • Customised window production
  • Provision of relevant wooden items: window-sill, platband etc
  • Additional services: measuring, delivery, fitting
  • Filling in glass packs with inert gas.
  • Fitting mosquito nets
  • Warranty (3 months) and post-warranty service.
  • We seek to establish long-term and mutually profitable partnerships, and are therefore always open for negotiations, while our flexible discount system facilitates optimal forms of collaboration.
