Other Products
![]() (foundry products) ![]() (Kraneks International Co., Ltd. joint venture) ![]() ![]() ![]() (woodworking shop products) ![]() ![]() KRANEKS GROUP'S foundry offers a wide range of cast sections from various grades of steel, iron, non-ferrous metals and special alloys.
Steel grades: 25, 25Mn, 35 CrMnSi, 40Cr, 45, 20V, 20MnTi, 30V, 20CuCr, 35CrMo cast steel etc. Castings weight: 1 -1000 kg Maximum castings dimensions: 1000 x 900 x 400 mm
Grades:15, 20, 25 grey iron, 45, ┘., 60 high-duty cast iron Castings weight: 1 - 1000 kg Maximum castings dimensions: 1000 x 900 x 400 mm Grades: A9FeMn2 and Sn bronze castings Castings weight: 0.5 - 100 kg Maximum castings dimensions: 250 x 250 x 250 mm Steel grades: low-alloy, high-tensile, wear-resisting steel. Castings weight: 1 - 1000 kg Maximum castings dimensions: 600 x 400 x 400 mm Castings are produced with advanced (for Russia) techniques based on the principle of using cold-hardening mixtures. Moulds are automatically formed with advanced equipment from Gemco, Netherlands. Production processes are monitored, measured and adjusted using modern instruments like an ARL - 3460 quantometer from Switzerland, ТЦП - 1800П thermal gauge, KWG-10 electronic crane scales, and others.
Modern manufacturing techniques and equipment enable the production of complex shaped items of stable dimensions with a regulated microstructure and the required elasticity, ruggedness, gas-tightness.
Castings may also be produced differing in size, weight and metal grades from the above products, with minimal new product launching periods.
Castings may subsequently undergo machining and heat treatment, welding and painting.
![]() Kraneks International Co., Ltd. joint venture, set up through joint investments of KOMATSU, Japan and KRANEKS Machinery Company, Russia, carries out cutting and blanking operations of any complexity:
Both the technology at the disposal of the JV's employees and their skills fully comply with the standards of the world's leading manufacturers, while their products meet the most stringent international requirements. All equipment is computerised, which facilitates the creation of working drawings and control of machining processes.
![]() The basic production equipment comprises:
Oxygen cutting of flat sheet products, 6-133 mm thick, 2500 x 12000 mm, cutting accuracy up to 1 mm, cut surface roughness Rz 130. ![]() ![]() Cutting rounds, square and round section pipes with walls at least 4 mm thick and side diameter of up to 400 mm. Suited for cutting blanks at 45 angle, construction, stainless and alloy steel cutting. ![]() Curvilinear weld bevelling, cutting holes of any configuration in bent sections using oxygen cutting techniques with up to 0.25 mm accuracy. Bending flat sheet products up to 50 mm thick, bending angle accuracy maintained within 0.25 degree. Bending flat sheet products up to16 mm thick, bending angle accuracy maintained within 0.15 degree. Weld bevelling, sheets up to 60 mm thick, up to 600 angle. KRANEKS International Company's production facilities permit monthly production of up to 1000 tons of blanks from rolled steel (sheet products and sections).
The Joint Venture is capable of producing:
Kraneks International Co., Ltd. is already fulfilling orders for hundreds of customers. The principal consumers of its products are Komatsu UK, Britain, and KRANEKS Machinery Company, Russia, shipbuilding yards, bridge construction and engineering firms.
![]() ![]() KRANEKS GROUP'S welding operations comprise every kind of welding. Welding is performed using materials from Esab, Sweden, the world's leader in the field of welding, and gun welders from Kemppi, Finland, in argon and carbon dioxide shielding gas environments. ![]() Principal merits of KRANEKS GROUP'S welding operations:
Positioners of 7-ton capacity from Esab, Sweden are used in the welding of heavy, bulky metal structures.
![]() The company has mastered the technique of welding Hardox and Weldox high-tensile and wear-resistant steel from Sweden, with preheating of the area adjacent to the weld and the use of special welding materials from Esab.
Machine welding of fixed joints serving high pressure piping (pressure above 300 atmospheres, external diameter 17-90 mm, wall thickness1-6 mm) is possible, using computerised Esab apparatus.
![]() ![]() KRANEKS GROUP'S die forging operations produce forgings and pressings from all steel grades and of various configurations intended for hot working.
Forgings:
Pressings:
The installed equipment is characterised by high output, enabling forgings and pressings to be produced with a high degree of accuracy, most closely approximating to the finished products in shape and size. Blanks are produced using 1600 - 4000 ton-force crank forging presses from Sumitomo or Kuritomo, Japan, and 0.25, 0.4, 0.75, 1 or 3 ton hammers. The company has its own tooling section for producing dies, enabling equipment to be rapidly adjusted for customised production.
High quality forgings and castings are ensured by strict observance of production process requirements and control of manufacturing specifications. All finished products are subjected to various non-destructive tests according to standards agreed with the customer.
Forgings and pressings may be made in sizes differing from the above, following technical clarification by our die forging staff.
![]() ![]() KRANEKS GROUP'S woodworking shop manufactures Prestige windows from natural wood.
Production
Prestige windows are made from a variety of select timber (pine, oak, larch and others), using German technology.
New technology and equipment from leading European manufacturers (Fischer, Polzer, Michael Weining, Altendorf, KREMLIN), stringent quality control at every stage of production have made it possible to eliminate the shortcomings previously inherent in wooden windows. For this reason wooden windows possess a whole range of indisputable advantages lacking in windows made from other materials, namely, ideal heat and sound insulation, a high degree of environmental friendliness and frost resistance, unique aesthetic properties.
Brief description of Prestige windows
