THE REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE NETWORK RENDERS THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
full range of warranty service, including training, commissioning, periodic maintenance, repairs;
maintenance, diagnostics, consulting, modernisation and after-warranty repairs;
reconditioning.
THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS MAY BE PROVIDED AND INSTALLED ON EXCAVATORS AT THE TIME OF SALE:

REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES WILL INSTALL THE FOLLOWING OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

hydraulic piping for excavator attachments and extras;
extra-wide tracks in place of standard tracks.

REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES CARRY OUT REPAIRS OF VARYING COMPLEXITY:
excavator systems diagnostics;
automation system and electrical equipment repairs;
hydraulic system components adjustment and repair: cylinders, pumps, motors, control valves;
repair of attachment pin joints with replacement of bushes and pins;
checking fuels and lubricants for compliance with requirements;
undercarriage repairs and reconditioning: replacement of rollers, sprockets, idlers, reassembly and replacement of track assemblies;
other repair work.
All repairs are carried out using genuine spare parts.
